By upgrading to a Creator account on KHLEO., you agree to these additional terms. Creator status is granted after successful KYC identity verification and acceptance of these terms. KHLEO. reserves the right to deny or revoke Creator status at its sole discretion.
As a Creator, you are solely responsible for all content you upload to the Platform, including previews, titles, descriptions and delivered assets. Illegal content of any kind is strictly prohibited and will be removed, and may lead to immediate strikes, bans and legal action. You represent and warrant that:
Your profile image, avatar, banner and any other publicly visible profile assets must meet a minimum standard of modesty: no explicit, pornographic, sexually explicit, nude or otherwise adult graphic content. All profile imagery must comply with applicable laws and community standards. Auction assets themselves may contain legal adult content, but profiles never may. If your profile or auctions do not meet the minimum modesty standard, or contain illegal content, KHLEO reserves the right to remove or blank the offending fields or images and to apply moderation strikes; accumulating 3 strikes leads to a permanent ban, up to and including suspension or termination of your Creator account for repeated or severe violations.
By becoming a Creator, you grant KHLEO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your username, display name, avatar, profile image and public profile metrics and achievements (such as follower counts, sales volumes, auction results and milestones) to promote and advertise the Platform itself. This includes featuring Creator profiles, rankings, achievements or success stories on KHLEO's website, social media channels, marketing materials and inside the application. This license is limited solely to the promotion of KHLEO and does not authorize KHLEO to use your likeness or content to endorse third-party products, services or brands. You may request removal of a specific promotional use by contacting us, although we cannot recall materials already distributed.
By uploading, submitting or otherwise making available any content to the Platform — including auction media, previews, thumbnails, protected assets, profile images, banners and associated metadata — you retain ownership of such content and grant KHLEO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, cache, transcode, back up and distribute that content through secure managed object storage and global delivery infrastructure as necessary to operate, provide, secure and promote the Platform and to fulfill delivery to winning bidders. This license is granted solely for Platform operations and automatically terminates when you delete the applicable content or your account is closed, subject to limited retention required by applicable law, fraud prevention, tax or accounting obligations, backup integrity, and cached copies retained for a reasonable technical period.
Creators receive 85% of the final auction price, with KHLEO. retaining a 15% platform fee. Payouts are made in USDC to the wallet address linked to your account. Payouts are processed within a reasonable time after the auction is marked as paid. You are responsible for any network fees associated with receiving cryptocurrency payments.
Creators are responsible for accurately describing their auction items, setting appropriate starting prices, and fulfilling their obligations to winning bidders. Previews, titles and descriptions must honestly represent the delivered assets. Failure to deliver promised content or services, or baiting winners, may result in moderation strikes (3 strikes = ban), account suspension, forfeiture of fees, and legal action. Winners of paid auctions may report mismatch; reports are logged for human review and do not automatically refund or strike.
Creators are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their earnings on the Platform. KHLEO. does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting with a qualified tax professional.
You agree to provide accurate identity verification documents and to update them if they expire. You consent to KHLEO. sharing your KYC information with third-party verification services as necessary. Knowingly providing false information is grounds for immediate termination and may result in legal action. Your ID image is used only for verification by our admin team and is automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after approval (we keep only the verification outcome); rejected submissions are kept until you submit a new document.
KHLEO. may suspend or terminate your Creator account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform community. Upon termination, pending payouts will be held for a period as required by applicable law.
These terms are non-exclusive. You are free to offer your content and services on other platforms. KHLEO. makes no claim of exclusivity over your work.
You agree to indemnify and hold KHLEO., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform as a Creator, including but not limited to claims related to your content or breach of these terms.
These Creator Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Creator features after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
